I have the soul of a butterfly - it is my life's work to grow, to transform, to become. I believe in deep connection and serendipity and above all compassion. I believe in love and in living authentically.

I am a 2020 Graduate from the University of Pittsburgh where I studied Neuroscience and Anthropology with minors in Religious Studies and Chemistry. I am pursuing research in depression and wholeness, seeking to find meaning in the dark and heavy ways of the world. Words are my medium, and I feel my book coming together inside. I am currently living in Tucson, AZ learning about food systems and contentment and working remotely for Frontier Neurohealth.

"I believe that we are here with deep purpose to become all that we can be. I believe that we have been given sufficient stress, crisis, complexity, and consciousness to do the things that are just beyond our imagination."
